The 3-day expo tagged as “Digital Innovation at the service of organizations” will welcome Nigeria and Cameroon as guests of honor. It is expected that about ten thousand guests, two hundred exhibitors, and forty experts coming from Europe, Africa, Middle East will discuss ideas in a diverse program, tackled by several aspects of the digital revolution.
A global event that brings together big players in the Information Technology industry, IT experts and media, Africa IT Expo or AITEX aims to offer clients with an international platform for IT services, merchandise in Africa and to endorse and support the sector’s progress as well as its modern solutions on a continental level.
The fair will provide participants an exhibition on state of the art solutions to gather international and Morocco’s local companies, groups, and establishments from the IT industry. The said expo likewise recommends a platform for networking B2B encounters to encourage partnerships and arrange ample space for organizations to present their businesses.

APEBI President Saloua Karki urge profession in the TIC sector to participate in AITEX and present solutions in line with modern trends and technologies. Innovation in this field entails synergy between professionals and institutions.
To be able to mobilize the country’s overall digital ecosystem, the event will be supported by various public organizations and companies such as Maroc Export, Technopark of Casablanca, Directors of Info. Systems Assoc. CGEM and Maroc PME.
Karki also commented that with the upcoming expo, APEBI will continue to commit to promoting the TIC sector. The company is closely monitoring the project considering the future of digital development agency which is at present under Parliament’s discussion. It is their goal that the agency be connected with the government and be given finance and human resources to be able to promote a digital economy.
