Advancing peace and tolerance requires esteeming and thinking about both oneself as well as other people. Peace and tolerance are vital to each circumstance for the duration of our lives. Similarly, as a child is advanced as he or she figures out how to go up against more duties, the significance in our lives develops as we figure out how to perceive and assume greater liability for each other and the world.

Sarah, Mark, and Maya are some volunteers from the Philippines who participated in the International Festival of Ibn Battuta on its Second Edition. They supported the mission of the festival and took time to fly to Tangier City, Morocco in November 2017 where they had the chance to work with many young, talented locals and volunteers from other countries.
Their participation gave them an excellent opportunity to interact with the local community and learned the cultures of Morocco. They also became part of a team that organized the program and made sure everything is in place.
This volunteering opportunity showed them the beauty of Morocco, and it’s people, but more importantly, it helped them to be more accepting of their cultural diversities.
For them, their volunteering abroad is an experience they will never forget. Ibn Battuta was right when he said, “Traveling, it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.”
The Moroccan Association of Ibn Battuta presented this international travel Festival in Tangier City of Morocco on November 12, 2017. This association was established in June 2015 and built up by social legacy promoters and tourism experts.
